Here's Lindsay Lohan dressed in a multi colored (RAINBOW) short dress with a top hat, she looked in good spirits as she made her way to Sephora Celebrates Its 10 Year Anniversary Party in NYC on July 17th.
And, coincidentally (or not) Ronson was working the event as well, from the deejay booth. She also took a break from her duties to hold hands with the crimson-haired hottie.
