After her not much of a baby bump showing yesterday at a press conference for The Golden Compass, Nicole Kidman made darn sure everyone got a glimpse of her growing belly when she pulled on her dress in a dire attempt to show off her four-month bellybutton-sized baby bump at the movie's premiere in Japan today.
